The struggle is real for an introvert working in the world of real estate!
It's been a very hectic couple of weeks with inspections, handyman disasters, last minute walk throughs, closings, key debacles, and now the husband's relatives are coming TONIGHT from California and Texas and there are family events scheduled for the rest of the week.
To top it all off, one of my horse trainers had the nerve to take her precious self to the World Championship Horse Show at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville and my Tuesday with Tango was cancelled! UNBELIEVABLY SELFISH!
I'm on edge, out of sorts and looking for someone to poke with a sharp stick.
I need a moment to get myself together, I need some QUIET to re-charge my introvert self before someone gets hurt.
The plan for the day is to quietly and without interruption, complete my office re-do with some Feng Shui principles, finish the last minute housework in preparation for the relatives, sit in the sun with a book for an hour or two, maybe the lawn will get mowed.
By the end of the day, I hope to have not had a meaningful conversation or even spoken more than a few words.
So far, so good...It's 9:04 am and I HAVEN'T SAID A WORD!
Never forget to take time for yourself, be the best you can be for YOURSELF!
Enjoy your day.
