2.5 months in the Lucrative BPO/REO niche

By
Real Estate Agent with Home Smart

Last night i spent a few hrs. doing a 2nd BPO for Integrated Asset Services. It seems like when Asset Managers at banks are trying to expand their agent network in a certain area, they will request a 2nd BPO. According to how you do, they begin to grade you just like the old days. You thought you were going to get out of school didn't you. No in this business you have to continuously educate yourself in every new area of RE because conditions change so often. I am loving Real Estate again. For a few months, i was down and almost out but i am glad to know that things are looking great now. I am also starting a Property Preservation company to do all the foreclosure cleanouts.

If you're interested in learning about the BPO/REO niche click this link. It is the best resource out there. The author is one of a kind as well. He closed 214 transactions in KANSAS CITY. They are # 23 in the nation in foreclosures. I know you have more foreclosures in your area. Lenders need quality agents right now.
