Throwback Thursday: Old Timers at Fenway Park, what are they thinking..

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties 01238708

Oldtimers at Fenway Park, Boston, MA. the year was 2012 and it was the last home game of the season September 26th and go figure Diane & I were there. The season was comprable to this year. That year it was a weak manager. This year it was weak management. The season's statistics very simmilar. I wonder how those "old timers" must be feeling? What is the french word "Deja Vu"??

Endre,

It is Deja Vu and the Bosox have not had a good season. We are happy here in H Town as for the first time since 2005 we hace a decent team to take the field. You folks need to go to another game in Boston.

Endre, baseball is a game that is just too slow. I use to play as a kid with all my siblings. Wishing you a great weekend.

Love this photo. Although the Red Sox are having a less-than-stellar season this year, they did manage to beat my first place Mets last night.....

Endre - yes things do seem to be the  same.  As Yogi would say, "It's Deja Vu all over again."

Endre

I believe it was the 1956 World Series which I listened to under the covers in my bed very late at night in Germany. I was there with my parents for their second tour and was suppose to be asleep. It was his third in one game and they beat the Dodgers in the sixth game to win the Series. This from the best of my memory with no facts confirmed. Stuff of kids dreams. cheers cvc

ps in looking this up, I cannot find it so maybe just the dream of a small Micky Mantle fan??

I think the last time I was at Fenway Park was around 1992.  "Deja Vu" is right and this is the perfect THROW BACK photo too!

Praful Thakkar  may your words be prophetic...on a side note they should have asked me before the season when everyone was drinking the cool-aid about no pitchers needed....on a side note it is a pitchers game....Endre

You are so right about the role of pitchers Endre Barath, Jr. ! There had to be a balance in the team to win!
