This is down 4.6% from $739,000 in July of 2014. 3-month median price of $705,000 in July was down just slightly from $708,750 in June and down a little from $812,000 in July of 2014. Price per square foot in July was $317. This is up from $280 in June and up from $282 in July of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 84 in July was up 9.1% from 77 in June and up 27.3% from 66 in July of 2014. New listings of 19 in July were down slightly from 23 in June but up substantially from 14 in July of 2014. Months of supply of 9.9 in July was up a little from 9.2 in June and way up from 7.3 in July of 2014. On a year-over-year basis, months of supply has been rising for 5 months. This is the highest months of supply has been since June, 2013.
Market Time
Days on market of 40 in July was down substantially from 97 in June and down considerably from 103 in July of 2014.
