There are currently 24 active listings for sale in Pipers Landing.  List prices for these homes range from $115,000 to $1,500,000 for an average list price of $376,433 which equals $111.11 per sq. ft. of living area.

As of this time there are 4 homes under contract which haven’t closed to date.  List prices for these homes ranged from $124,900 to $254,900 for an average of $189,925 which is $58.48 per sq. ft. of living area.

In the past 12 months 19 homes have sold in Pipers Landing.  The sales prices ranged from a low of $20,000 up to $825,000.  The average sales price was $363,142 or $80.12 per sq. ft. of living area.  These sold listings averaged 125 days on the market before going under contract and sold at an average of 79% of the list price.

Good Morning Gabe,

There is a huge disparity between the cheapest and the most expensive property in Piper's landing. The cheaper ones will be benefit from the more expensive homes or vice versa.
