This is up 11.8% from $1,217,000 in July of 2014. 3-month median price of $1,295,000 in July was very slightly up from $1,285,000 in June and up slightly from $1,180,000 in July of 2014. Price per square foot in July was $528. This is down from $536 in June but up from $475 in July of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 65 in July was down 15.6% from 77 in June and down 1.5% from 66 in July of 2014. New listings of 14 in July were down substantially from 32 in June and down considerably from 20 in July of 2014. Months of supply of 4 in July was down slightly from 4.7 in June but up modestly from 3.6 in July of 2014.

Days on market of 30 in July was down a little from 37 in June and down somewhat from 43 in July of 2014.
