Here is the way it was in Webster, New York for sales week ending 8/14/15.
There were eight homes closed down two from the week before with a median price of $265,500 up 27% from last week.
The average sales is up 18.3% over last year and the and the median price is holding at 10%.
Listings increased to 17 from 10 last week but of these only five were in the median price range.
While this is good news we could still use homes in $150,000 to $200,000 price range.
