KW Referrals

Man I love the KW referral program. I almost feel guilty about the minimal effort it takes. It's like getting a free candy bar just for knowing people. Here's how it works-I know someone who wants to move somewhere so I set them up with a local agent and when they buy in their desired location the selling agent sends a referral fee. Fee isn't exactly the right word but it's the only one I know. I'm not naive enought to think it is only my company that does it but seems like with us it is just an accepted practice. As if that's not enough we also have a passive income recruitment program.
