Peach Cobbler

This is such a easy recipe and you can use other fruits that are in season. In the summer I pick blackberries and use them for this cobble. YUMMY!

1 Cup self-rising flour

1 Cup sugar

1 Cup milk

1 Stick of butter

1 large can of peaches (sliced)

Preheat oven to 350. Place stick of butter in 9x13 casserole dish. Let butter melt ( until sizzling). While butter is melting, mix flour, sugar and milk. Try to get all of the lumps out- a whisk is best for this. Pour mixture into butter. Pour peaches into this butter mixture. Let the peaches and peach juice drop where ever (this is the key to this recipe). DO NOT STIR!

Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown,

Serve with ice cream....YUMMY for sure!

I can remember growing up my grandmother would always make peach cobbler!  This sounds really nice and easy to make,  Thanks for sharing.  I bet any type of berry added would be good too.  I might try it with peaches and raspberries.
