2012 1st quarter home sales consisted of 1 home that sold for $44,000 after being on the market for 47 days.  This was an Arm's Length Transaction.

2011 3rd quarter home sales consisted of 1 home that sold for $38,000 after being on the market for 23 days.  This was an REO Property.
