Hillcrest Addition is a lovely well-established addition of 40 properties located in the East part of Idabel that has very nice homes in the medium to large size, varying from around 1500 sq ft to 3000 sq ft.  Homes were constructed from 1976 to 2003.  Hillcrest Addition in Idabel has wide streets and brick columns setting off both streets into Hillcrest Addition. 

Hillcrest Addition is near Shopping, just off of SE Washington.

Hillcrest Addition in Idabel Oklahoma is located immediately South of the shopping center on SE Washington that houses the Idabel Stage Store, Dollar General, and Factory Connection clothing store.  Hillcrest Addition  is within a half mile of the Choctaw Village Shopping Center which has various stores, Java Dave's Coffee Shop, Something Special Gift Shop, The Choctaw Casino and Restaurant, and Braum's Restaurant.  Idabel National Bank is nearby , also McCurtain County National Bank and First Bank and Trust are in the vicinity.  Hillcrest Addition is in close proximity to Pizza Hut, KFC, and Lin-Crusine.  Hilltop Lumber  is in the area too.  Of course, we can't leave out Wal-Mart on Se Washington plus the stores that are in that location being Catos, Hibbet Sports, and Dollar Tree. 

There have been 6 sales in Hillcrest Addition from January 2014 through August 30, 2015.  Ranging in price from $10,000 for a vacant lot and $70, 000 for a home on 2 large lots up to $131,000.00 during that time period.  There are some homes in Hillcrest Addition which have a higher value than those that have sold. 

Hillcrest Addition is one of the additions in Idabel is very desirable due to the location, wide streets, well kept homes, and limited access in and out of the addition. 

Hillcrest Addition is about ¼ mile from our office, Integrity Real Estate Services.  Don and I or Chassy and I walk through the addition just to get some exercise.  Don and I walk though in the mornings and Chassy and I walk through in the afternoon. By the time we make the circle through Hillcrest Addition and through Harris Acres, we have covered about 1 mile.. so on days that we get to walk, I get about 2 miles of walking in.
