Manitou Springs is a hugely popular neighborhood located on the West side of the Pikes Peak region of Colorado Springs. Tucked at the base of Pikes Peak with Hwy 24 (the mountain pass headed West out of Colorado Springs) it offers an unbeatable outdoor lifestyle.
