The Power of Vendor Referrals

When someone offers a service and does exceptional quality work, at a great price, on time, with a great attitude...why wouldn't you refer them to every single friend and client in the future?

I take great pride in attempting to be a "networking machine" for those in my sphere of influence who deserve a referral for future business. It's an absolute joy knowing that because I took a moment to make a tiny effort and pass along a name, number and a few positive comments, this service provider might just pick up another job that helps them feed their family!

Quite often, what goes around comes around! I recently closed on a listing and then again on the purchase of a new construction home with clients who were referred to me by my favorite painter that I'm always referring to my friends and clients. Pretty simple stuff! Life is good!

Don't overlook the power of building a strong network for vendor referrals. If they deserve it, send some business their way! You never know what may come of it in the future, as good people tend to reciprocate such favors and thoughtfulness!
