DFW Real Estate Market

It’s a shame that some people believe the real estate market is bad in the DFW area. It is not! We have 7 closings this month and other properties ready to pop. Calls are coming in to list properties and to buy properties. The phone does not stop ringing! Some buyers are interested in the foreclosure market, some are interested in “buyer’s market” properties and others just want to move up or move down. We hear some Realtors moan and groan – but those Realtors moan and groan anyway! Let’s hear some upbeat information regarding real estate and see what happens.
