Nestled almost half way between Cedaredge and Delta, CO is Del Ray Subdivision. It's located just outside of the small mountain community of Eckert.
The lots are larger with most of them starting at half an acre, and there are wonderful views of Grand Mesa from this neighborhood.
The homes are mainly ranch style. Most of them were built in the 1980s and there is some more recent construction. The homes start at just under 1500 square feet and some of them are over 1900 feet.
This is one of those places that people love to call home. Listings are sparse, and when homes do come on the market, they sell rather quickly.
Here's a rundown of the real estate market activity so far this year:
- There is one property under contract. It's listed at $154,000, and is bank owned.
- Two homes have sold. They were priced at $168,000 and $180,000.
- The average sold price is $174,000.
