Ground broke on the new Renaissance Hotel in Plano on Legacy Drive as part of the new Legacy West development. Of course, this is all part of the development in the area anchored around the new Toyota headquarters off 121 on the border of Frisco. With all the new development and people moving into the Plano/Frisco area, inventory continues to be tight and prices continue to rise on homes in Plano as a result. Plenty of clients looking but no place to put them! I know I'm not alone in this boat!

Jeff - I am sure there is a lot of new development in Plano with new employees moving in. I have seen how incredibly Plano and Frisco have grown over the past 20 years.
