I am continuously amazed at the number of agents who claim in this market that they have so much business that they have a need to create a "team" to produce results. I think that's great and wish we had that much business when so many of us are reaching out for buyers and strategically trying to price listings to not only produce a sale but also capture a few buyers! I would certainly like a few pointers on how your TEAMS are being paid! Although it's a buyers market, my take is that most of the agents I speak with are LOOKING for buyers, those with listing inventories over 10 homes are trying to make price reductions that will produce more showings and possible offers. Great Job Wakeman's you seem to be on the cutting edge of a declining market!Kudos for finding the solution to what many of us consider a " offbeat" market!
