Foreclosures In Texas Are Down

A recent study shows that Texas foreclosure rates are down 16% from last year.  That is great news since nationwide, there was a 57% increase from 2007.  We may not have as many opportunities to grab up the distressed seller's properties, but there are still great deals to be found.  Texas as a whole has remained one of the country's most stable markets, so don't sit back and wait for the bottom to fall out.  Chances are, it's not going to happen.

Brent:  That is a great and positive way to look at those statistics.  Thanks for taking the positive stance.
