In January of 2015, we set out on a course to stop using Salesforce, after a couple of hundred thousand invested. UGH!
At that point, there was no dialer on our new shiny CRM. Then my crazy business partner, Christine Lee who runs our All-Star Powerhouse in Jacksonville Florida, decided to create a dialer from scratch, to integrate into her CRM.
In March, we started using the 6 line dialer that allowed agents to make appointment after appointment. Now our concierge - or ISA- team of 4 folks use it to set constant appointments for the agents.
