Price per square foot for Lunada Bay/Margate houses that sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $660 from $622 in 2014, a 6.1% increase. Average sales price for Lunada Bay/Margate homes sold in the first half of 2015 increased to $2,203,285 in 2015 compared to $1,737,560 in 2014. The most expensive Palos Verdes home sale in the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood was $4,800,000 and the lowest priced Palos Verdes home sale in the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood was $960,000.
Currently, the Lunada Bay/Margate neighborhood has 27 Palos Verdes homes for sale. There are 26 single family homes for sale ranging in price from $1,180,000 for a 3 bedroom/3 bath, 1,463 square foot home, to $6,900,000 for a 5 bedroom/6 bath, 7,628 square foot home. There is 1 condo/townhome for sale for $659,900 and which is a 2 bedroom/ 3 bath, 1,483 square foot condo/townhome.
