I do the same thing!  It is difficult to think of how hard life was, but that's all they knew then.  Sometimes I'd like to go back to those simpler, yet strenuous times!

Rob - Two years ago we took a trip to an old gold mining town, and it was amazing that there were buildings that must have been hundreds of years old still (barely) standing.

Good morning Rob.  My wife is into painting on old wood.  She would love to get her hands on some of those old homes.  I agree and often wonder about the inhabitants and their history when I see one of those.

Rob, that is when the Vols were not so good! This is a new year with great expectations! Wish the Gators were at that level! Enjoy your day!

Fabulous photo - that little house looks as if one good storm will take it down, what a shame.

That photo could easily be in a book of buildings from a hundred years ago!
