Several weeks ago, a nice couple walked into an open house I was hosting at one of my listings. Just yesterday, escrow closed on the fantastic home they will soon be moving into in The Village neighborhood of Coto de Caza.

The Village is an area of Coto de Caza that can be described rustic and upscale. It's a really interesting mix! This particular property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has what can easily be described as forever views.

This nice couple can certainly enjoy the scenic beauty and serenity their new abode offers for many years to come.

Thanks Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI! It was nice to go from meeting the buyer at open house to offering on a property and opening escrow in less than two weeks.

If you have questions about Orange County, just ask. If you have a client you're handling up here and just need me to meet them at a property or something, I'd help with that so you don't have to do the drive for a quick task. I'd do that as long as I'm allowed to wear yoga pants. 😜
