Mexican Wedding Cookies

These are wonderful and tasty little cookies! Hope you enjoy

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/2 Cup Crisco

1 Tsp. Vanilla

2 Cup flour

1 Cup chopped pecans

6 Tbsp. powered sugar- extra powdered sugar in bowl

Preheat over to 400.

Cream butter, crisco and vanilla. Stir in nuts, flour and powdered sugar. Mix well.

Form into balls, about 1 inch. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8 minutes or golden brown...keep close eye as they will burn easily.

Roll sin powdered sugar while warm.....YUMMY
