Joe Petrowsky ~ good Saturday morning to you, Joe.  The only problem right now with being a home seller in our area is that the home will sell quickly and then there's no where to go! This is keeping a lot of homeowners from listing right now. So it's become a bit of a vicious cylce.

MIKE ROCK ~ good morning, Mike... Charlotte has never been a speculative market and we haven't really suffered from "bubbles." A lot of Fort Mill has been built since 2005 and these homes are just getting back to pre-recession levels.
