"Serving Real Estate Consumers With Accessibility Needs"  - Continuing Education course to be offered October 1, 2015 at the Golden Valley Country Club - Presented by Minnesota Council of Residential Specialists and co-sponsored by the Minnesota Association of Realtors

This ninety-minute course deals with topics including the following:

• How do you market an accessible listing?
• What are the housing needs of those with varous accessibility challenges?
• What community policies meet those needs?
• What Minnesota resources exist to help you serve your client?

The ninety-minute classroom presentation will include a panel discussion, composed of six area professionals with experties in serving this growing demographic.

Space is limited to just 50 attendees at this CE-approved presentation.  The event is FREE and includes a hot breakfast. 

Breakfast starts at 8:30 am, with the couse beginning at 9:30 am and ending at 11:00 am.
