Summit Sky Ranch is an exciting new development in Silverthorne, Colorado and was named Maryland Creek Ranch. All homes and cabins are semi-custom.  The developer is working with Craine Architecture and Brett Barrett (formerly of Myriam Enterprises in Breckenridge) to design and build timeless mountain modern luxury homes for Sky Ranch in the style of the notorious Lake Tahoe development.New homeowners will be able to select finishes, have input in floor plans and possibly add features like a 3 car garage, or other unique design features. 
As information and details become available in the coming weeks the developer will send this to everyone who has a submitted letter of interest.  Then everyone will be given time to review the information and interested parties will be able to make selections and go to contract based on their priority ranking.
