As in 2014, home sales in Hunters Cove homes have been very slow this year - the reason is almost certainly a simple lack of available inventory, as the neighborhood retains its appeal to home buyers. So far in 2015, only 7 homes have sold, priced from a low of $273,000 to a high of $340,000, with a median price of $284,000 and an average price of $302,686. Market performance was extremely good, with the average days to get an offer at 18, and average days on the market at 56. These 7 homes sold for an average of 100.4% of list price, indicative of strong buyer demand and a seller's market.
