Essential oils have been used for some time now in emergency rooms, to take the edge off and make people relax a little. I know Vanderbilt Hospital ER uses citrus bliss in their ER, as does the University of South Florida in Tampa.

So when I was getting ready to visit a close friend who is currently going through physical therapy in a nursing home this morning, I pulled out my doTerra Essential Oils and put on a combination of sandlewood and citrus bliss. I wanted to bring that calming effect with me into the nursing home.

Hi, Barbara-Jo...I do a lot with essential oils. I make my own cleaning products with them, and I use them for other things around the house. Just yesterday I freshened my storage room with cedar oil. This helps to keep those moths away that eat fabric. Oils have so many great uses.
