With the hot market we saw this spring and summer, this Norwood MA home buyer moved quickly to put an offer in to avoid a bidding war.
Listed at $439,000.00, the final sales price was $437,000.00. We were also able to negotiate a closing cost credit to address some items revealed by the home inspection.
