A new friend and client messaged me the other day excited that a new lead was received from their email video campaign. This client recently started producing quick 1 - 2 minute videos on topics related to real estate, but not just about real eatate. General topics in life that can easily be associated with the home.

A lead from a quick video is a "success!" How easy is it to get on camera and be yourself? Send the video to your SOI and continue with your day!

The more videos sent, the more leads appear. The more successful their practice becomes. 
Success is simple. Try to get better each day. Just 1% better. Be committed and systematic about this process. You will experience..."Realtor Success".

Direct Mail and video are two easy ways to leverage your real estate marketing. Keep it simple and consistent. Know your stuff, but market YOU creatively because "Creativity is intelligence having fun! " - Einstein

Good morning, Michael Oden.  I, too, want more info on the vids.  Made selfie-style with a cell phone, or scripted production pieces?  Either way, it sounds like a much more effective way to share information.  Besides, who wants to receive emails with the written five tips to higher prices for the home. I am sick of those.  Blog again about the vids and thanks.

I agree. I believe, for moving towards success in our profession,  you have to be very specific of what you are about to achieve: know your client, know your strength, connect with your audience via social networks or personally, keep your word and quality of your service, and always protect your client interests. 

And be consistent in everything:)
