Sometimes, while I am arriving at a listing appointment I notice things. The front door of a home tells a story; how often it is used, if there are kids giving it wear and tear or if the home or condo has been foreclosed.

Wow, I thought I was looking at the handle of my daughter's front door for a moment there! exact same one, except it's not quite that tarnished. They tend to use the back door and rarely use the front.

I do not remember when the last time I was showing the REO property. I know, we still have them, but very few.
