The number of active listings in Murrieta (92563) increased by 14.4% from the previous month.
The median number of days active properties have been listed is 45. This is significantly shorter than the national average.
The number of sales in July dropped by 94.1% from the previous month.
Comments on the East Murrieta Market Report for Sept 2015:
When looking at the report as a whole, we are seeing many properties that are priced well and marketed well, sell in a few weeks, with the current average being around a month and a half, the market is healthy.
That said, there are also a number of properties now that are sitting for far more than a month, upwards of 3-4 months and sometimes end up not selling.
This is a time where volume (number of available properties) increased by almost 14% over last month - so now is the time to be priced right and to put your best foot forward if you want to sell - competition is heating up.
The market will still sell at a good pace and price, especially for a well represented property.
