Take Measure of Your Accomplishments
“Don’t measure busywork. Don’t measure activity. Measure
accomplishments. It doesn’t matter what people do
as much as it matters what they get done.”
Larry Winget, Author, Speaker
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Take measure of your accomplishments
It’s not how busy you are . . . . or how active you become . . . . What becomes critical is what you get done to successfully accomplish your goals and objectives.
There is a big difference between being busy . . . . and being productive.
Focus your efforts on doing what’s important . . . . and in what will contribute to your long term success. Eliminate the busy work that’s drains your time and energy.
Busy work . . . . is a time waster . . . . and returns very little or no value for your efforts.
Focus on . . . . doing what’s important.
When you’re focused on doing what’s important . . . . you will get more done in a shorter period of time. You will also create great productively in your days. Along with . . . . creating positive forward momentum in your career.
You will have a benchmark your career . . . . to look at the directions that your career is moving in. Take measure of your accomplishments . . . . and your progress your making in reaching your goals.
