5 fastest ways to fail in real estate are self explanitory. I humbly insert solutions to each and every fail point in hopes we can all be better at our jobs. As one famous Patriot has said, "Do your job."
Number 1; Don't be grateful for the opportunity and the responsibility of consulting, advising and assisting your neighbors with their real estate transactions. (You are blessed with an abundance, be grateful, feel that and act accordingly each and every day.)
Number 2; Continue to complain on a daily basis. Better yet, see who else you can sidetrack with innane drivel about you and your life. ("Tell me something good" is the immediate antidote to running into this person. If they don't stop, ask again.)
Number 3; Fake your job. Use your skills of communication to dazzle people with buzzwords and inaccuracies rather than fact and interpretation. (Read, study, go to classes, have discussions with professionals more successful than yourself, voluteer your time, learn and keep doing it is the antidote to a big steaming pile of bull slippage.
Nomber 4; Don't do what you said you were going to do. Better yet, don't do anything and look for people to blame. (Under promise and over deliver is the mantra. Take the blame for anything that goes wrong, or better yet, oversee all the work to make sure it is being done correctly and on time. Look for success, not blame and failure.)
Number 5; Don't follow through, on anything. While not following through make sure to talk in overglowing terms about how good you are. That is always convincing. (If you are guilty of one or more of these 5 ways to fail, you might want to consider another profession, or better yet, be more professional. People depend on us each and every day.
