79.3% Increase in Homes Sales July 2015 Over July 2014
A shortage of available homes in the Redlands area of Grand Junction has not deterred robust sales. There was a 19.6% decrease in homes for sale and the Months Supply of Inventory (MSI) is off -29.1% over 2014.

From January 1, 2014 until the end of July, 2014 there were 163 homes sold. July 2015 numbers are considerable better with total homes sales at 201, a 23.3% increase. There was a 5.5% increase in new listings which is very low. The year should end on a very positive note for the Redlands home sales and all of Grand Junction.
