Housing Market Update - PV, Beach Cities & South Bay

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Charlemagne International Properties BRE# 01147470

Snapshot of the local real estate market as of September 2015:

This is the local real estate market speaking to both sellers and buyers.  The "yellow dot" is still firmly entrenched in the seller zone.

The Palos Verdes market made a slight move this month that favors sellers. The Beach Cities real estate market held steady and the overall South Bay of Los Angeles market cooled ever so slightly.

Norma - wow - that is easy to understand. Sellers market in Palos Verde & Beach Cites with a slight shift in South Bay of LA. Overall a very hot market.

Thanks, Anna.  Simple often trumps complex when it comes to real estate statistics.

Chris - We crunch the numbers and generate this "market at a glance" snapshot.  We're kinda "famous" in our local market for our little yellow dot graphs.  :)
