Vicky Silvano is the new Vice Chair of AREAA and an experienced real estate broker with fifteen years in the business. Vicky has been in the business since 1990, doing mostly residential real estate after moving to the U.S. from the Philippines and embodying the American Dream. Host and executive producer Eric Lawrence Frazier will be speaking with our special guest about her plan to make a difference during her term as the new Vice Chair with AREAA. In this exclusive Vicky Silvano will cover what she will do in her first one hundred days in office, sharing with us changes in AREAA that she intends to make in order to grow the organization’s influence in the community and the nation. She emphasizes the policy issues that Asian Americans currently face and their solutions such as: alternative credit scoring, the EB-5 investment program, and 1031 exchanges. AREAA will also be having a Gateway to Our Future conference on October 22nd in San Francisco where these issues will be highlighted.
