The Lunch Menu and Dinner Menu at Casa Medina Restaurant each feature classic TexMex dishes such as: fajitas, tacos, tamales, enchiladas, flautas and burritos. Hello Taco is an original concept which features homemade flour tortillas that are cooked in front of you, fresh guacamole made three times a day, fresh marinated meats and seafood, and fresh salsas. Their food is made from scratch ~ no lard ~ nothing fried ~ no microwaves ~ just fresh high quality food made with the utmost care.
