So we all have our rituals of following up with buyers and processing those action steps after showing property such as Landfall homes. For those of us who love love love technology and apps and smartphones we've played around with tons of tools. Here's some of what i've settled on.
The 2 apps I use are Swipes and Evernote. The former integrates with the latter for great to-do lists and reminders and notes that can be delayed and rescheduled quickly.
And then there is the thrill of the SWIPE when the action item is completed!
Saving the Buyer $9000-40,000 is the icing on the cake I might add :)
