The trees are just turning to their autumn splendor, it is that time of the year when New England shows all the colors of the painters pallet.

Mount Lafayette... Franconia Notch state park New Hampshire.

Taken from Mount Welch looking west towards Waterville Valley ski area.

Cannon Mountain Ski area, Franconia New Hampshire (state owned resort).

Echo Lake a State of New Hampshire state park site & great place to hike from.

The ski slopes of Loon Mountain resort in Lincoln NH... will be White soon!

Squam Lake (where Golden Pond was shot) taken from Mount Rattlesnake in Holderness New Hampshire... a easy short hike with an awesome view.

There is plenty of time, to see these sites...all the photos were taken last year between September 25 and October 25th... make plans to enjoy the White Mountain foliage.

these Last two Shots are for my friends and followers... the Red Heart tree, and mountain vistas are on Route 112 - also known at the Kancamagus National Scenic highway in Lincoln New Hampshire. This road should be on your list.
