As we all know, a city is much more than just a city. It is a living, complex system built from smaller parts – marketplaces, school districts, city councils, communities. These are the parts that create the whole. So, as a real estate agent and expert in Elk Grove, one of my responsibilities is to help you better understand the pieces of Elk Grove that make it unique as a whole.
I want to start first with communities. There are multiple in Elk Grove, and today I’d like to explore Stonelake Community. Located just off I-5, this community is loaded with amenities. The clubhouse offers something for the interest of all members of the family, including a pool, a gym, access to personal trainers, yoga sessions, karate lessons, and Zumba classes. The Stonelake Community monthly newsletter provides a schedule of classes offered and events held at the clubhouse for the month.
Elliott Ranch Elementary school rests within the community and is surrounded by multiple elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools within the Elk Grove Unified School District. The Homeowners Association offers an extensive list of rules and regulations outlining the expectations of the community. Open session board meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month for any and all who would like to add to the voice of the community and continue to move it toward growth and improvement.
Of course there is a shopping center and some dear friends of mine own a personal training studio, www.synergyelkgrove.com so be sure to check that out if you enjoy yoga, circuit training,
or need a personal trainer!
If you would like any additional information about the Stonelake Community or are interested in moving to or within Elk Grove, please feel free to call, text or email me at any time! I’d love help you make this wonderful community your home.
