The hot, muggy weather is still with us – ask anyone who has been around for awhile and they’ll tell you this is the muggiest summer ever. The best place to be is at the beach sitting in the water. Villas of Kamalii 22 is listed for $860K since selling for $950K in 6/07. It was previously listed from 5/12 to 8/12 for $799K, from 7/13 to 4/14 for $899K, and from 5/14 to 6/14 for $899K.
Sandpiper 216 came on the market priced at $385K and found a buyer in 4 days. The last sale was for $391K in 5/08.

Sealdoge B6 went into escrow on 8/31 but is unfortunately back on the market priced at $349K. The last purchase was for $69,500 in 9/86.

We’re almost halfway through the month and there are only 22 sales as we try to match or surpass the 73 sales posted in Sep 14. At present, there are 214 properties currently either in escrow or under contract, so we’ll just have to wait and see what the remainder of the month will bring.
