Greg: I have been in sales for years so this is just a different product. But this is something I can call my own and really take pride in doing. I am not afriad to get my hands dirty, I have done construction for a living once also!

Congratulations! I also wanted to be a Realtor from the time I was a teenager. I was reluctant to take the leap into 100% commission. When I became an adult I got a job that landed me in a great career and made a good amount of money. I still thought I would make an awesome realtor. Once I finally jumped in there hasn't been any regrets. It has been a bumpy eight years but I cannot imagine doing anything else.

I have a feeling you are a lifer just like me! Welcome to the world of real estate.
