Buyers looking for Homes for Sale in Parker will find sales in August 2015 saw a slight decrease in sales from July. Last year looking at detached family home sales only, there were 179 sold in August 2014, which shows sales are up a bit from one year ago. Listing inventory increased slightly over the month of June. With the summer buying season coming to an end, we are seeing a slowdown with less buyers in the market. You still may see multiple offers, but not 15-20 offers. Although in the price range of $400,000 and less, there is robust activity at these properties. The distressed market (short sales & bank owned property) is very minimal.
What buyers need to know in this current market, in the price range of $400,000 and below, you could see multiple offers in the first couple of days.
