They came up with their calculations by taking into account key family-centered factors, including public education, safety, community involvement and access to family necessities.
Listed below are the 10 best towns in Alabama to raise a family.
1. Hoover

2. Oneonta
Oneonta, located in Blount County, is a midsize town with 6,614 residents. It scored an A- for its "Education Grade" and a B for its "Crime & Safety Grade." According to the ranking, 18% of Oneonta's residents are nine years old and under.
3. Auburn
