A total of $14.4 million worth of homes sold and closed in Clarksburg during August 2015, compared to $9.2 million in August 2014 – an astonishing 55.9 percent increase.
The median sold price during June was $430,495 – down 4.3 percent compared to August of last year, and the number of homes sold and closed were up 52.3 percent.
