Lisa I replaced my windows a few years ago and I did see a savings, and when heating bills are as high as they are, we have to do everything possible to reduce them as much as possible.
Lisa, windows are one of the biggest energy leakers in a house and it pays off to replace them with newer more technologically advanced models!
