I saw one of the benefits of living in the Rim country this morning as I got to see 4 elk walking acress my yard. Looks like another beautiful day in the mountains. Hummingbirds are attacking the feeders with lots of energy. My sugar bill will go up again. Weather is nice with highs in the low 70's and losw in the 40's. Fishing is picking up at Rooseveldt lake with crappie and bass being the most reported. Trout fishing at Green Valley park is fair to good.
We have lots of homes and condos for sale here in Payson and there are somne real bargains to be had. Give me a call if you have some buyers looking for a wonderful home in the high country.
