In August 14 homes were sold in Foothill Ranch, this is up from 8 in 2014, which equals a 43% increase in the number of sales. Yes I would have to say, homebuyers are out and about in SoCal.

Comparing pricing from 2014, when you look at the whole community it seems down. However, when you look at Single Family Detached homes the pricing is up about 11%, with the median home selling for $739,000.
