What Does This Mean for the North Metro Atlanta Market?
As we enter Autumn, home sales typically decline. That is why we look at sales figures from the same time each year rather from month to month. This gives a more accurate reading of how the market is doing. Sales remain strong. Prices are going up, but only slightly. Partnered with continued low interest rates, Buyers should take advantage now. These low interest rates won't last forever. In fact, they are expected to go up by the end of the year.
